What’s new
- The Knowledge base section. Documents are organised into spaces and folders, files are uploaded straight into a space, and each space can be searched.
- An AI assistant for your documents. Ask a question in your own words: the assistant answers from the knowledge base materials and names the file the answer comes from.
- Space access. A space can be open to everyone or to specific users, departments and positions.
- Knowledge base for students. The section can be shown in the student menu, where a student only sees the spaces they have access to.
